Please note: All payments are charged in
U.S. dollars. CPA2Biz does not collect sales on orders shipped
outside the U.S. The customer is responsible for paying any

Before
you return any item(s), contact Service Center Operations at (888)

in an insured and traceable manner.
Products
If you are not satisfied for any
reason, you may return any hard goods within 60 days
provided the product is in saleable condition. Downloadable files
are non-refundable.
AICPA Membership Sections
You may cancel
any membership section(s) at any time to receive a prorated refund.
AICPA Product Replacement Policy
AICPA will
gladly replace any damaged products free of charge within a
reasonable amount of time. AICPA reserves the right to establish the
definition of reasonableness depending on the product and its
availability, and elapsed time of request from the original order
date. For return or replacement arrangements, please call Service

Resolution of Disputes
Transactions at this site are covered
by binding arbitration. Any controversy or claim arising out of or
relating to the use of this Web site that cannot be settled to your
satisfaction by our member satisfaction team shall be settled by
arbitration in New York, New York. Such disputes will be
administered by the American Arbitration Association ( https://www.adr.org/),
