This school covers the most complex audit topics like risk assessment, internal controls, deferred income taxes, revenue with its unique challenges, and using a service organization. You’ll also get guidance on engagement management and supervision, concluding the audit, and auditor reporting. In addition, you will get a look at another practical use of audit data analytics.

Learning Objectives:

  • Apply the key skills related to the requirement of an experienced in-charge auditor surrounding engagement management and supervision.
  • Apply the procedures needed to effectively audit revenue recognition, including applying audit data analytics.
  • Identify the considerations for proper financial reporting, including financial statement preparation.
  • Identify the audit procedures typically performed by experienced in-charge auditors in the following areas: Estimates and fair value measurements, Deferred income taxes, Using a service organization
  • Identify the components of an auditor's report and under which circumstances modifications will be made.
  • Note that this school presents guidance regarding the auditor’s report under both extant guidance and the new Auditor’s Reporting suite of SASs.

On-Site/Flex Pass Conference: You may cancel without penalty if cancellation request is received up to and including 45 days prior to the start of the conference. Due to financial obligations incurred by the AICPA, a credit less 50% of the registration fee will be issued for requests received up to and including 21 days prior to the start of the conference. No refunds or credits will be issued on cancellation requests received less than 21 days prior to the start of the event.
